At Swadeshi Central TX LLC, we take pride in offering premium-quality mangoes directly sourced and inspected for freshness. Because mangoes are highly perishable, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure both quality and fairness.

✅ Inspection at Pickup

All customers are required to inspect their mango box at the time of pickup.
If any mangoes are damaged or spoiled, we will replace them immediately with fresh ones — subject to availability.

❌ No Refunds After Pickup

Once a box is picked up and accepted by the customer,
no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
We do not provide refunds based on ripeness, taste preferences, or storage issues after pickup.

📦 Pre-Orders

Pre-orders help us estimate demand but do not guarantee fulfillment.
Your order will be fulfilled only after the shipment clears customs and is delivered to us.

📨 Order Fulfillment Process:

  • Once the shipment clears customs and is received, we will send you a confirmation email with:
    • Payment instructions (Zelle or Cash)
    • Pickup location and time

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to limited stock or shipment issues, you will be notified promptly.
